Skin Rejuvenation
At Cosmetic Images our skin rejuvenation programs are unique. We have formulated programs that encompass several methods of skin resurfacing, skin stimulation, hydration, tightening and exfoliation which can all be delivered in one treatment protocol if required achieving overall improvement in all aspects of skin quality. Skin quality is measured by texture, pore size, tightness, thickness, volume, glow, lines and wrinkles, pigmentation and the absence of skin disease.
Resurfacing is important to maintain skin stimulation and exfoliation as we age. The lack of natural exfoliation as we age is due to thickening of the cornea stratum cells and neo-collagenesis slows as exfoliation does. Using Microdermabrasion, diamond crystals, and Hydrabrasion, pressurized water, we can remove the sticky dead tissue and encourage movement into and out of the skin and increase cell turnover as a result.
Chemical Peels can also be used to achieve cell turnover, stimulate collagen production creating a smoother and fresher look with more even skin tone. At Cosmetic images we are always seeking the latest in science and product for our clients and we are happy to say, that we now have peels for every skin type and for every situation. These peels need little or no downtime and create fantastic results without the risks of yesteryear. L-Lactic Acid peels are more suited to our skin; therefore there is less trauma without compromise to the result we require. Chiral peels are in their most effective but least inflammatory form. That means great results with little or no downtime and peels that can be used in combination with other treatments.
Using the Diamond Contours Biomesosculpture system to reduce Fatty deposits, congestion and pooling lymph in the Jowls and neck area will improve the contours and jaw line of the face. The system reduces stagnation by increasing circulation and infusing botanical, herbal and homeopathic extracts into the epidermis and dermis of the skin. The massage increases lymphatic drainage and stimulates neo-collagenesis and therefore tightening. A Galvanic system is then used to stimulate muscle tightening throughout the face causing lift as well as infusing high levels of Antioxidants into the tissue to feed the Collagen cells allowing more Collagen production and further tightening.
Infusion of antioxidants using the Ultrasonic infuser enables us to feed the dermis the required ingredients Vitamin A ,Vitamin C, Vitamin B, AHA's and humectants increasing collagen growth and skin turnover and calming inflammation. The chiral serums are proven to penetrate the skin 80% more effectively.
All of these rejuvenation options, in different combinations, suited to the individuals skin needs will improve tone, colour, tightening and texture of the skin and can help to treat active skin disease such as eczema or acne. At each visit skin is assessed using a computerised skin assessment tool and the treatment combination is decided upon based on what is needed on that day.
A skin Resurfacing facial treatment takes 1 ½ hours and costs $150 for single treatment or $750 for 6 treatments.
