Booking Policy

When an appointment is made, you will receive a text confirming the date and time of your appointment 10 minutes after it is made.

A confirmation text is sent to you to confirm your appointment or cancel it 48 hours before your appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment this can be done by calling or emailing us up to 24 hours before your appointment. A rescheduling confirmation text will be sent for any appointment rescheduled.

If you cancel an appointment, you will receive a confirmation of that cancellation via text.

If you have not confirmed your appointment 24 hours before your appointment, our staff will try to reach you by text or by calling you. If there is no reply, a cancellation fee will apply.

Please note: Our cancellation policy is that all cancellations should be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. We are sure you can understand that last minute appointment cancellations are difficult to fill and result in lost earnings for our practitioners. $50 is a token amount for a wasted
appointment. In extenuating circumstances, the practitioner may waive the cancellation fee.

Any paperwork requiring completion before your appointment is sent to you 24 hours before your appointment. Please complete this before your appointment, at home or when you arrive at the clinic.
